ABOUT LAKESIDE PLACE
Project proponents, Atlas Development and Lakeview 888 LLC, been working in partnership with the County of Riverside for more than a year to complete all requirements for entitlement and future development. Currently, this project is under consideration by the County of Riverside. Our team aims to successfully complete all required and recommended steps to kick off construction of Lakeside Place by 2025.
Next Level, Lakeside Living
Lakeside Place is a proposed 12-acre multi-family housing development that will offer next-level, lakeside living with resort-style community amenities located in Lakeland Village, an unincorporated area of Southwest Riverside County.

This project will include 14 residential buildings offering 216 apartment units in various sizes and configurations.
A New Standard for Multi-Family Housing
Lakeside Place will be an elevated, top-notch multi-family housing development featuring 200+ apartment units, lush landscaping, resort-style amenities, breathtaking lake and mountain views, and significant community upgrades that will beautify Grand Avenue and encourage additional high-quality investment in the surrounding areas.
Long-Term Community Partners
Atlas Development and Lakeview 888 LLC are committed to being a reliable, long-term community partner by investing more than $3 million into the local community and building, managing, and maintaining the property well into the future.
Planned community improvements include underground power lines, street lights, exterior lighting, sidewalks, drainage facilities, expanded roadways, and a water quality bioretention basin.
Minimized Impacts on the Community
This is one of the first high quality, multi-family housing developments of this caliber in this area of Lakeland Village in Riverside County.
All efforts will be made to reduce the impacts on the community during and after construction, which will take place in two phases. The first phase will include 96 units opening by 2026 and another 120 units in the second phase opening in 2028.
